Just when it seemed that the Lakers were destined to take the NBA title next season, the Minnesota Timberwolves make some power moves. They’ve just signed Latrell Sprewell, Sam Cassell, and Michael Olowokandi<\/a>. I was seriously impressed with Kevin Garnett last season, and the T-Wolves must be considered a serious title contender with these additions. The Western Conference playoffs should be very exciting next year. <\/p>\n
