I still haven’t figured out what’s going on, but I suspect that it’s database related or a file permissions issue. There were a few things that I’ve wanted to comment on in the last week so I’m going to dump them all here:

I picked up Kanye West’s College Dropout yesterday. There aren’t may CDs that I like after my first listen, so I’m happy to report that this one is a winner. I won’t claim that Kanye’s a lyrical genius but he more than holds his own, his topics are refreshingly nonstandard, and the music is on point.

Forget about Gizmodo and Engadget, my brother’s started his own gadgets weblog.

Speaking of Gizmodo, looks like their traffic has finally stopped growing. I guess Pete “used to be Gizmodo but now is Engadget” Rojas has juice after all.

So Stanford ran out of miracles. After winning another game on a last second 3-pointer on Thursday they lost to Washington Saturday. So much for going undefeated. (But congrats to St. Joes for accomplishing what no team has done since my boys at UNLV back in the day.) I think this loss may be a good thing for Stanford though as they enter tournament time. Now the players’ heads should be quite so big, and they don’t have to worry about ruining their perfect season any more.

Speaking of the NCAA tourney, I hate to say it but I can’t see anybody beating whichever ACC team gets into the Final Four. The ACC is rough! Duke had two real tough games last week, losing to Georgia Tech (ATL represent!) and narrowly beating UNC. BTW, that behind-the-back change of direction move Luol Deng did on a Carolina player was one of the illest moves I’ve seen in a long time — especially for a 6′ 8″ freshman.

Isn’t ‘Chappelle’s Show’ one of the best things on TV? Dave’s been killing me of late with the Rick James, Prince and Lil Jon skits. Too bad Cedric the Entertainer’s show wasn’t half as good.

Omarosa and Camille got dismissed last week. Good riddance to both of you. Can you say attitude adjustment???

If you like the ‘Apprentice’ you may want to check out the Learning Channel’s ‘Now Who’s Boss’

Season 3 of ‘Making Da Band II‘ started last week. Bring on the ignorance and drama!

I’ve really missed the ‘Sopranos’. It seems like it’s been 3 years since the last season. This season is off to a strong start. Paulie and Christopher were buggin’ last night when they popped that waiter! I was LMAO at how that went down. Steve Buscemi should be an interesting addition to the mix.

I think these mofos at Sprint have finally gotten my number port done properly. It’s only been 3 months!

Have you seen this 3 headed frog? CNN Headline news showed video of it trying to walk/hop over the weekend.
