On a related note, big up to EJ<\/a> (the DJ) for hooking a brotha up with a ticket to the Prince show on Monday. Look for his concert recap any day now. (I assume it’s coming because he was taking copious notes during the show.) This must have been my lucky week because I also came up on an opportunity to go to Tuesday’s show. I didn’t want to be greedy though, and deferred to somebody else. <\/p>\n

It was a great show as always by Prince. My only beef had to do with his Puritanical versions of old songs. He jacked D.M.S.R. all up by changing lines like ‘work your body like a whore’. WTF?
