  1. While some of the current players like Vince Carter might be overrated, it’s not too late for them to revive their image. A few additions to this list:
    Jason Sehorn
    Randy Moss
    Reggie Miller
    Clyde Drexler

  2. I know you love anyone from the west coast. Reality is, Reggis is VERY one dimensional. If he doesn’t hit the jumper you’d never know he was on the court.

If A.I. is in danger of getting an honorable mention on this list as well. What’s keeping him in favor is how hard he competes

  3. I’m not blindly west coast. I won’t claim that Reggie is the man, but I don’t think he’s even gotten enough hype to be on an over-rated list. But are you forgetting all the clutch shots he’s made?

I agree on A.I. The call that I really like is C. Webb. Talk about over-hyped! Isn’t Kevin Garnett what C. Webb should have been?

  4. C. Webb is half the player he could be. It’s so frustrating to watch him constantly settle for jumpshots.

Reggie has hit some unbelievable shots. But, he’ll also probably make it to the hall of fame (or will he?). The hype around him has died down a lot b/c he’s no longer the man in Indiana.

I’m surprised Randy Moss wasn’t on the original list. He has to be the most overrated player in the NFL.

  5. Dominique was sweet. Who was he supposed to team up with? John Koncak?!!! The guy was a scoring machine with nobody else capable of puting up points.

  6. Yeah, Dominique had to do it all when he was in Atlanta, people don’t even give him the credit of improving his defense and outside shot during 1989-1990. He was more versitile that what people gave him credit for.

As for Sandy, yeah he was overrated. Only had 4 decent seasons and benefitted from Dodger’s Stadium and being in the “pitcher’s era”.
