Gadgets of the Year

Check out Wired’s list of the gadgets of the year. My votes go to the Treo 600, the Minolta DiMAGE Xi, and the Danger Color Hiptop (even with T-Mobile’s mismanagement of it)

It’s time to give up KaZaA Lite for the K++ Edition. (I hope none of you are still using plain kaZaA!) K++ adds the following to KaZaA Lite’s features: Disallow others from seeing the files on your hard drive. ‘Search More’ an unlimited number of times. Download from up to 40 sources at once. NewsMonster

I’ve been trying to find a good RSS reader/news reader, and it looks like I just found the one. Sifry has a great synopsis of NewMonster’s features. The killer feature, IMO, is that it incorporates many of Technorati’s tools. You can download NewsMonster here.
